Driver Training Program

Safety is the foundation.
Empathy is the vehicle.

Every Comfort Care driver completes the same 10-module program before carrying a passenger — then keeps it current. When you finish, your completion is documented and you are Comfort Care Certified.

Comfort Care Transportation

Program covers

  • PASS passenger assistance & sensitivity
  • Wheelchair securement (4-point / WC19)
  • HIPAA & patient privacy
  • Bloodborne pathogens & infection control
  • CPR, AED & First Aid
  • Defensive driving & vehicle inspection
Our mission

Comfort Care Transportation exists to move people to the care they need with safety, dignity, and genuine kindness. Every ride is someone's dialysis appointment, someone's discharge home, someone's parent. We train to a higher standard so that our passengers arrive on time, unharmed, and treated like family.

Safety without shortcuts

Every securement, every inspection, every time — no exceptions and no rushing.

Dignity first

We speak to passengers, not about them. Patience is part of the job description.

Documented competence

If it isn't trained and recorded, it didn't happen. Comfort Care Certified is proof.

The credential

Comfort Care Certified

Not a participation badge. Each module records the date and time you completed it, the external course certificate you earned, and your signed attestation. When a facility or payer asks how our drivers are trained, we can show them.
